Once Upon A Time . . . a young Midwestern girl from St. Louis, Missouri fell in love with not only country music, but also the big city lights of Hollywood. You could say I’m a California dreamer — but more than that, I am a believer in myself, and this world. 
Well HELLO there, my name is Scarlett Sanchez and I am an enthusiastic lover of media and pop culture!
After packing up and moving cross country to LA, I graduated from Loyola Marymount University in three years with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business Administration. As I started to build my network at LMU, I prioritized establishing myself in the media industry. With a recommendation from a Pi Beta Phi sister, I started my early wake-up calls at CBS Television Distribution compiling the ‘oh so exciting’ Neilson ratings. Next, I was knocking on the door at CBS, yet again, but this time at the Investigative Unit. Finding the bad guy made all the long stakeouts and undercover investigations well worth it. From internships to the real world, I landed my first job at Snapchat on the Breaking News team.  Not only did I work with the top creatives of LA, I also may have had a run-in with Bhad Bhabie and Kris Jenner in our office kitchen. Next, I was in on all the breaking news stories as a producer at CBS-LA working for their 24/7 streaming service.
Today, I am working as a Senior Editor on the media production team at TMZ!  Throughout all my experiences, I have met incredible mentors along the way — I would like to thank Marki Costello, David Goldstein, Harvey Levin, Lizzy Tyler, Cat Sudue, Xana O'Neill, and Trisha Nicolas for their guidance.
As I pave my way from production to on camera,
I am turning my "Once Upon A Time” fairytale into a real-life story.
